Marbles PR joined forces with the UK’s leading polymer distributor, Plastribution, principally to add insight and integration to a broad base marketing strategy. Being ahead of the competition in their content marketing creation, Plastribution had already established a sub-brand called ‘know-how’, though which to channel and share articles, views and commentary.

Our  initial role was to help refine their marketing outreach and take their interaction with customers and prospect to a new level. Much of this work involved identifying the ‘customer’ and understanding the various personas that content was being created for. A new CRM package allowed accurate segmentation of data, from which were able to provide tailored content to Plastribution’s growing audience.

Alongside a new website, a social media strategy was created, as well as a content creation calendar to supply the industry and key market media, a blog and in-house publications. Digital marketing has been used extensively, including banner advertising, landing pages, email marketing and SEO.

Other work has included presentations, customer surveys, exhibitions and events.
